新时代背景下高职院校教师信息化教学能力现状研究

摘　　要：随着技术和教育理念的不断发展,高等职业教育进入了"互联网+职业教育"的新时代。新时代背景下高素质技术技能人才的培养对高等职业教育教师教学能力,尤其是信息化教学能力提出了新的挑战。通过文献和调查,调研了当前高职院校教师新时代背景下信息化教学能力的现状,并针对"互联网+职业教育"下的教师教学能力提升提出了建议。With the development of technology and educational philosophy,higher vocational education has entered a new era of“Internet+vocational education”.The cultivation of skilled and high-quality technical talents in the new era poses new challenges to the teaching ability of higher vocational education teachers,especially the information-based teaching ability.Through the literature and questionnaire analysis,this study investigates the current situation of information technology teaching ability of higher vocational college teachers in the new era,and puts forward suggestions for improving teachers′teaching ability under the“Internet+vocational education”.
