摘 要:积极心理学所倡导的幸福喜悦的情绪体验、积极乐观的人格特征、温暖安全的外部环境可以助力解决中职英语因学生情绪低落、内心焦虑、学习兴趣不高等原因而导致的教学效果不甚理想这一问题。将积极心理学理论引入中职英语课堂,首先需做好课程设计以激发学生的学习兴趣;其次通过营造积极向上、协助共学的学习氛围,帮助学生克服英语难学的心理障碍,引导学生自主探究学习;最后通过创建多元的学业评价体系,鼓励学生每天进步一点点。教学实践表明,用积极心理学理论指导中职英语教学,学生的英语成绩进步了;师生、生生、家校之间的关系更融洽了;学生毕业后,也因其身上充满阳光向上、与人为善、踏实肯干的正能量而受到工作单位领导、同事及客户的欢迎和认可。The positive psychology advocates the happy and joyful emotional experience, the positive and optimistic characteristics, the warm and safe external environment, which can help to improve the low English teaching effect caused by students’ being down in spirit, inner anxiety, and not being active in study. To introduce the theory of positive psychology into the secondary vocational English classroom, it is necessary to design the curriculum to stimulate students’ interest in learning;by creating a positive and cooperative learning atmosphere,we can help students overcome the psychological barrier of English learning and guide them to study independently;encouraging students to improve little by little by creating a diverse evaluation system. The teaching practice shows that using the positive psychology theory to guide the English teaching in the secondary vocational school can improve the students’ English performance;the relationships between teachers and students, family, school are more harmonious. After graduation, those students are welcomed and accepted by their leaders colleagues and clients because of their activeness, kindness and diligence.
