摘  要:课堂教学质量评价是高校教学质量的重要组成,是衡量高校教学水平的重要指标,高校应根据教学特点和实际情况建立科学的、客观的课堂教学质量评价体系,提高高校教学质量。本研究结合齐齐哈尔医学院已有课堂教学质量评价指标及相关文献,并针对以往高校课堂教学质量评价中的不足,对高校课堂教学质量评价指标体系的全新构建进行分析,概述课堂教学质量评价的意义,从教学态度、教学内容、教学方法、教学规范、教学组织、教学能力和教学效果等方面总结评价内容,初步建立评价指标体系,最后运用结构方程模型和层次分析法确立评价指标及其权重赋值,并将其应用于临床教学中,总结反馈意见,评估该课堂评价指标体系,建立完善的课堂教学质量评价指标体系,为我校和其他高校课堂教学质量评价提供客观参考。The evaluation of classroom teaching quality is an important component of college teaching quality and a major indicator for measuring the teaching level of colleges and universities.Colleges and universities should establish scientific and objective classroom teaching quality evaluation system based on teaching characteristics and actual conditions to improve teaching quality.This study combines the existing classroom teaching quality evaluation indicators in Qiqihar Medical College and related literatures,analyzes the new construction of classroom teaching quality evaluation index system in light of the inadequacy of previous college classroom teaching quality evaluation,summarizes the significance of classroom teaching quality evaluation.The evaluation content is summarized in terms of teaching attitude,teaching content,teaching methods,teaching norms,teaching organization,teaching ability and teaching effect.And evaluation index system is established initially.Finally,the evaluation index and its weight assignment are established useing the structural equation model and the analytic hierarchy process,and it is applied in clinical teaching summarizing feedback and evaluating the classroom evaluation index system to establish a perfect evaluation index system for classroom teaching quality and provide an objective reference for the quality evaluation of classroom teaching in our university and other universities.
