摘　　要：文章通过对酒店管理专业毕业生就业情况和酒店职业岗位群的岗位技能要求进行调研和分析,在现代学徒制的基础上对酒店管理专业学生的岗位技能训练进行研究与探索,根据技术技能人才成长规律和工作岗位的实际需要,制定岗位技能标准和训练方案,采用教师和师傅联合传授、共同设计实施教学、组织考核评价的方式,全面提升学生的岗位技能和职业能力。Based on the investigation and analysis of the employment situation of the graduates of hotel management major and the post skill requirements of the hotel professional post group,the paper studies and explores the training skill of hotel management students on the basis of the modern apprenticeship system,according to the growth law of skilled personnel and the actual needs of the job,formulate job skill standards and training programs,joint teaching by teachers and masters,design and implement teaching together,organize assessment and evaluation to comprehensively improve the post skills and professional abilities of students.
