摘 要:基于酒店管理专业学生从实习到毕业后的量化和质化数据,采用纵向研究方法持续进行三年多的数据观测,前测数据获取学生的职业价值观,后测数据则是职业表现并赋值得分。研究结果显示,酒店管理专业毕业生的职业情况大致分为闪退型、摇摆型和长跑型三种类型,霍兰德人职匹配理论在酒店行业得到验证,通过职业价值观测量可以预判其职业表现。总体来看,学生个体的职业化发展趋向多元化,酒店行业的低工资水平与人才高流动率将继续存在,旅游学院人才教育的溢出效应明显,酒店人才流动是我国社会发展的缩影。The study is based on the quantitative and qualitative data about the students majoring in hotel management specialty from internship to post-graduation.The longitudinal research method is used for more than three years.The pre-test data is used to obtain the students’professional values,and the post-test data is the professional performance and assigned scores.The research results show that the occupational situation of hotel management graduates can be roughly divided into three types:flashback type,swing type and long-distance type.Holland's Job-person-fit Theory is verified in the hotel industry,and then it can be pre-measured by professional values.Generally speaking,the professional development of individual students tends to be diversified,the low wage level and high turnover rate of talents in the hotel industry will continue to exist,the spillover effect of talent education in tourism colleges is obvious,and the flow of hotel talents is the epitome of China’s social development.
