摘　　要：目前中医药的快速发展和中医药人才紧缺的矛盾日趋明显,现代中医药人才培养的主要形式是中医院校教育。现代中医院校的教育因忽视了传承几千年的师承教育力量,造成学生对中医的继承出现了脱节的现象。如何加快构建符合自身特点的中医药人才培养体系,这成为高等中医药院校和附属医院亟待解决的重要课题。本文通过分析中医现代院校教育模式和师承教育模式,融合两种教育模式于本院的教学实践,分析教学实践的结果,探讨中医院校教育结合师承教育的教学模式,为构建符合自身特点的中医药人才培养体系提供一些参考。At present,the contradiction between the rapid development of traditional Chinese medicine and the shortage of talents in TCM is becoming more and more obvious.The main form of modern Chinese medicine personnel training is the education of college of TCM.The education of modern TCM schools has neglected the strength of teacher education for thousands of years,which has led to a disconnection of students’inheritance of TCM theory.How to speed up the construction of a talent training system for TCM that is in line with its own characteristics has become an important issue for universities and affiliated hospitals to be solved urgently.Our research analyzes the teaching mode of modern colleges and universities of TCM and the teacher-student education mode,integrating these two kind teaching models in the class teaching practice,analyzing the results of these two models,and explores the teaching mode of TCM college education combined with teacher-student education,providing some reference for the TCM training system to improve the clinical skills and TCM theory for students.
