摘　　要：以黑龙江八一农垦大学食品科学与工程类专业为例,针对校外集中实践教学环节,从扩展校企协同纽带、增强工程实践师资力量、重订校外实习大纲、完善学生实践效果评价等方面入手,探索多元闭环实践教学体系,培养实践创新能力强的高素质复合应用型人才。Take heilongjiang bayi agricultural university food science and engineering as an example,aiming at the link of off-campus concentrated practice teaching,this paper explores the multiple closed-loop practice teaching system and cultivates high-quality compound application talents with strong ability of practice and innovation,starting from the methods of expanding the cooperative link between school and enterprise,strengthening the faculty of engineering practice,revising the off-campus practice program,and improving the evaluation of students'practice effect.
