摘 要:针对当前高职院校教师工作室建设存在校企合作不深入、运行支持不足等问题,设计“一体化”“三结合”“六职能”的工作室建设框架,依托工作室组建校企混编教师团队,将“产教融合”“寓教于研”和“教师发展”互通互融。通过严把关口,择优建设;分类立项,分层管理;完善制度,规范流程;校企合作,文化互融;面向市场,提高效益,充分发挥工作室在工匠精神弘扬、创新创业教育、骨干教师培养、技艺技术传承、技能推广和技术研发中的核心载体作用,探索实践了基于产教融合理念的教师工作室建设路径。In view of the problems existing in the construction of teachers studio in higher vocational colleges,Guangdong Light Industry Polytechnic College has designed a framework of“integration”,“Three Combinations”and“six functions”for the construction of the studio,built a mixed faculty team based on the studio,and integrated the“production and teaching integration”,“teaching in research”and“teacher development”into each other。By strictly controlling the key points,selecting the best construction,setting up projects by categories,managing by layers,improving the system,standardizing the process,cooperating with schools and enterprises,and integrating culture,facing the market,improving the efficiency,we have fully played the core carrier role of the studio in the promotion of craftsmanship spirit,innovation and entrepreneurship education,training of key teachers,technology transmission,technology promotion and technology research and development,and explored and practiced the integration of production and education The construction path of the concept of teachers studio.
