中学“新生态+”德育工程的探索与思考

摘　　要：“新生态+”德育工程是基于新生态观的中学“立德树人”工作之探索和创新,它坚持学校作为一个由全体师生组成的生命共同体之理念,遵循生命的特性和成长规律,关怀学生生命的尊严、价值和完善。“新生态+”德育工程主要包括“新生态+教师”建设、“新生态+课程”建设、“新生态+文化”建设等基本模块。形成“德能双馨”的教师队伍,提供“拓展融合”的德育课程,构建“诗意远方”的学校文化,是落实“新生态+”德育工程构想的实践路径。New Ecology+moral education project is the exploration and innovation of moral education of cultivating person by moral in middle school based on the new ecological concept.It adheres to the concept that the school is a community composed of all teachers and students,and should follows more the characteristics and growth rules of life,and cares for the dignity,value and improvement of the students’life.New Ecology+moral education project mainly includes the basic modules construction of New Ecology+Teachers,New Ecology+Curriculum,New Ecology+Culture.It is a practical way to implement the concept of New Ecology+moral education project by constructing a teacher team with both moral and ability,providing expanding and integrating moral education curriculum,building a poetic distance campus culture.In order to deepen the New Ecology+moral education project,we need to make continuous efforts in both theoretical thinking and practical operation.
