摘 要:学生评教是高校评估教师教学质量的重要组成部分,是高校提高教学质量的重要依据,是当前高校教学质量保障体系建设中应用最广泛的制度之一。与其他学科相比,医学教育是医药卫生事业人才培养的基本过程,具有教育时间长、知识体系复杂、理论与实践结合紧密等特点,及时掌握医学课程效果、了解学生学习掌握程度,具有重要的实际意义。为此,文章以大连大学医学院为例,从医学教育学生评教体系存在的问题出发,提出应对的策略,使医学教育学生评教机制更加科学有效,从而推进高等教育改革发展。Students’evaluation of teaching is an important part of evaluating teachers’teaching quality and an important basis for improving teaching quality,which is one of the most widely used systems in the construction of teaching quality assurance system in colleges and universities.Compared with other disciplines,medical education is the basic process of training medical and health professionals,which is characterized by long education time,complex knowledge system and close combination of theory and practice.It is of great practical significance to grasp the effect of medical courses and the degree of students'learning.Taking the medical school of Dalian university as an example,this paper proposes countermeasures based on the existing problems of medical education students’teaching evaluation system,so as to make the mechanism of medical education students’teaching evaluation more scientific and effective,so as to promote the reform and development of higher education.
