摘 要:目的观察小组教学模式在麻醉科护理带教中的应用效果。方法入选2017年9月-2018年9月在麻醉科实习的护士100人,随机分成对照组50人,观察组50人。对照组采用传统的带教方法,观察组应用小组教学模式带教,比较两组的带教效果和对带教的满意度。结果在带教成绩方面,观察组的基础知识,临床应用,理解记忆,综合分析,总成绩的得分均高于对照组,差异有统计学的意义(P<0.05)。在带教满意度方面,与对照组满意度76.00%相比,观察组的满意度96.00%更高,差异有统计学的意义(P<0.05)。结论小组教学模式在麻醉科护理带教中的应用效果较好。Objective To observe the effect of group teaching mode in nursing teaching of anesthesiology.Methods From September 2017 to September 2018,100 nurses were randomly divided into control group(n=50)and observation group(n=50).The control group adopted the traditional teaching method,and the observation group applied the group teaching mode to compare the teaching effect and the satisfaction with the teaching between the two groups.Results In terms of teaching results,the scores of basic knowledge,clinical application,understanding memory,comprehensive analysis and total scores in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).I'm bringing my teacher full.The satisfaction of the observation group was 96.00%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(76.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of the group teaching model in the nursing belt of the anesthesiology department is good.
