高职院校课堂教学诊断与改进路径研究

摘　　要：众所周知,无论是什么学校,其课堂教学的质量都会直接影响学校的教育水平,并决定着学生在学校学习的成果。学生在学校所取得学习成果关乎学生在社会上就业能力,由此可见,提高高职院校课堂的教学质量尤为重要。对高职院校课堂进行教学诊断,以便发现课堂教学问题,提出改进策略,这是高职院校课堂教学诊断的具体内容。针对高职院校课堂进行教学诊断,寻求课堂教学诊断的策略和办法,才能真正发挥高职院校课堂教学诊断与改进的作用。It is evident that the quality of classroom teaching might affect the educational level and determine students'efficiency no matter what institutions belong to.Also,students'academic results would decide on their performance in future employment.Therefore,it is vital for vocational colleges to enhance their teaching quality.It is important to diagnose the classroom teaching,find out problems,and put forward some improvement strategies.Then,the paper tries to analyze the problems and seek the countermeasures.It seems that diagnosis work could play an important role in achieving teaching effect.
