摘　　要：特殊教育师资的培养对于教育事业的发展具有重要意义。文章在回顾我国特殊教育师资培养历史发展进程的同时,分析了我国当下特殊教育师资培养的现状,进一步指出我国特殊教育师资培养应朝着多元化、专业化、一体化方向发展。The training of special teachers is of great significance to the development of education.While reviewingthe history of the development of special education teachers in China,the article analyzes the current status of the development of special education teachers in China,and further points out that the development of special education teachers in China should develop towards diversification,specialization and integration.
