摘　　要：现代学徒制是传统学徒教育与现代职业教育有机结合的新型人才培养模式。基于专业试点经验,从体制机制、教学管理制度、人才培养模式、教师队伍建设、课程体系改革、建设成效等方面对现代学徒制进行深入探讨,丰富了产教融合、校企合作职教内涵。Modern apprenticeship is a new type of talent training model that combines traditional apprenticeship education with modern vocational education.Based on experiences of the professional pilot,this article discusses the modern apprenticeship from several aspects which are system mechanism,teaching management system,talent training model,teacher team construction,curriculum reform,and construction effectiveness.The connotation of the production-education integration and the school-enterprise cooperation are also discussed.
