摘 要:明阳电路科技有限公司与九江职业技术学院(以下简称我校)联合开展数控技术专业的现代学徒制育人工作,通过对校企双主体办学实践的探索〔1〕,形成了可供复制、借鉴的长效管理机制。明阳数控的试点实践采用了“课岗融合、长短交替”人才培养模式,将企业岗位所需的专门知识融入课程中,构建了“企业课程”“学校课程”和“校企课程”相融合的课程体系,探索出企业急需技术技能人才的培养途径,保障了区域企业的人才供给。Mingyang Circuit Technology Co.,Ltd.and Jiujiang Vocational and technical college jointly carry out the modern apprenticeship education to train students specialized in numerical control technology.Through the practice of college-enterprise cooperative training,a long-term management mechanism for replication and reference has been formed.In the in-enterprise pilot,the personnel training mode of“integration of courses and posts,alternation of length and length”is adopted.by integrating the specialized knowledge required by the enterprise's posts into the curriculum,a curriculum system of“enterprise curriculum”,“school curriculum”and“school enterprise curriculum”is constructed,and the training approach of the enterprise's urgently needed technical and skilled personnel has been found out to ensure the talent supply of regional enterprises.
