摘 要:2020年新春伊始,中国教育界迎来了一场重大考验,新冠肺炎疫情突发,大中小学以"停课不停学"作为应对之策。2020年3月3日,在特殊时期举办了一场特殊的在线校长研修,讨论主题包括:校长如何认识"停课不停学";在突发危机事件应急管理中校长的作用;如何发挥校长领导力,把危机转化为发展契机。受邀的24位校长和主管教学、德育的干部参与研修,围绕"停课不停学"主题开展校际交流,分享经验,以促进实践改进。In the early 2020,under the influence of novel coronavirus pneumonia,primary schools in China adopted"Classes suspended but learning continues"strategy and regarded it as a major test.On March 3,2020,a special long-distance online headmaster seminar was held in this special period,discussing following topics include headmasters’understanding of"no suspension of school";the role of headmasters in emergency management of emergencies;headmasters’leadership in turning the crisis into an opportunity for development.Twenty four principals and cadres in charge of teaching and moral education were invited to participate in the study,and inter-school exchanges and experience sharing were carried out around the theme of"no suspension of classes"to promote improvement in education practice.
