摘　　要：随着我国国际交流与合作的日益增强,各个行业用人标准也趋于国际化,要求员工不仅具备专业技能,而且具有英语实际运用能力。结合目前高职院校公共英语教学现状,将职业元素融入英语课程体系,才能更好地培养学生的职业英语能力。With the increasing international exchanges and cooperation in China,the employment standards in various industries are becoming international,requiring employees not only to have professional skills,but also to have the ability to use vocational English.Only by combining the present situation of public English teaching in vocational colleges,integrating vocational elements into the English curriculum system can improve the level of students'vocational English capacity.
