摘  要:中央全面深化改革委员会第十四次会议审议通过的《深化新时代教育评价改革总体方案》(以下简称《方案》)提出改进结果评价、强化过程评价、探索增值评价、健全综合评价,是从根本上解决教育评价指挥棒问题的重大举措。结合近年来我国教育评价改革进展及存在的问题,从结果、过程、增值、综合4类评价角度提出进一步落实好《方案》应注意的几个关键问题。The 14 th Session of the Central Committee for Comprehensively Deepening Reform reviewed and passed The Master Plan for Deepening the Education Evaluation Reform in the New Era(hereinafter called"The Plan").The Plan is an important milestone to fundamentally solve the problem of baton in educational evaluation, in the sense that it identifies four approaches, including improving summative evaluation, strengthening formative evaluation, exploring value-added evaluation, and perfecting comprehensive evaluation. In review of the progress and problems in the educational evaluation reform, this article suggests the critical issues to bear in mind to implement the Plan, from multiple perspectives of summative evaluation, formative evaluation, value-added evaluation, and comprehensive evaluation.
