摘 要:职业院校开展技能竞赛在促进教学及教学资源建设方面起到了积极推动作用,但在实施过程中也出现了各种各样问题,针对技能竞赛活动可能会导致的设备平台浪费、难以形成教学合力等现象,本文提出了“通用平台、教师参赛、形成指导团队、证赛结合”良性发展建议,引导技能竞赛不断促进教学。Participation in skill competitions has played a positive role in promoting teaching and construction of teaching resources at vocational colleges.However,there have also arisen various problems in the process of implementation.To solve such problems as equipment waste caused by activities connecting to the competitions and lack of joint efforts,proposals have been put forward in this paper that skill competitions should constantly promote teaching with universal platforms,teachers'participation,team guidance and combination of certificates with competitions.
