摘　　要：人格培养是大学素质教育的重要内容,通过教育培养使大学生的道德品质、情感意志、行为素养得到全面发展,最终塑造健全的人格品质。本文论述了师德对于大学生人格发展重要作用,结合物理实验学科特点探索一条适合大学生人格培养途径,为进一步完善高校素质教育体系和大学生健全人格的培养提供有力支撑。Personality development is an important part of college liberal education.Morality and volition and behavioral literacy will be all-round developmented through education.Building healthy personality is our ultimate goal.This paper discusses the important role of teacher’s morality in the development of college student’s personality.Combining the characteristics of physics experiment to explore a suitable way to cultivate college students’personality.Not only it can further improve the liberal education system in colleges but also it can support the cultivation of college students’healthy personality.
