摘　　要：随着高职院校办学规模扩大、教学质量的提高、硬件方面投入的增加,以及各高职院校不同教学特点等现状,预示着高职院校教学质量工程与全面预算管理是密不可分的。"全面预算管理活,教学质量工程活;全面预算管理稳,教学质量工程稳",高职院校教学质量工程是肌体,财务预算是血脉,两者也是共生共荣。With the expansion of the scale of higher vocational colleges,the improvement of teaching quality,the increase of hardware investment,as well as the different teaching characteristics of higher vocational colleges and universities,and the current situation indicate that the teaching quality engineering of higher vocational colleges and comprehensive budget management are inseparable.Comprehensive budget management stability and teaching quality engineering stability are closely related to each other.Teaching quality engineering in vocational colleges is like the body,and financial budget is like the blood.Both of them are important to the development of higher vocational colleges.
