论高校思政课教师素质能力提升的着力点

摘　　要：思想政治理论课是落实立德树人根本任务的关键课程,办好思想政治理论课关键在教师。推动高校思想政治理论课改革创新离不开思政课教师队伍建设,而高校思政课教师素质能力建设是教师队伍建设的核心。为了适应新时期高校思想政治理论课建设新发展新思路和新要求,应着力提升高校思政课教师的政治素质和政治能力、师德素质和自律能力、业务素质和教学能力。The ideological and political theory course is a key course to implement the fundamental task of strengthening morality education,while the key to improving the quality of the course lies in teachers.Therefore,the construction of ideological and political teachers’team plays an important rule in promoting the reform and innovation of ideological and political theory course,of which the core lies in the quality and ability construction of ideological and political course teachers.It is concluded that more effort should be put on improving the teachers’political quality and ability,moral quality and self-discipline,professional quality and teaching ability to adapt to the new development,new ideas,and new requirements in the construction of ideological and political theory course of the new era.
