摘　　要：通过问卷调查8所实施教育部现代学徒制试点高职院校的教务处处长、二级学院院长、实施现代学徒制的专业负责人、教师以及12家相关企业的师傅,运用德尔菲法和层次分析法,构建了基于现代学徒制7个一级监控指标、23个二级监控指标和67个三级监控指标的高职教学质量内部监控体系,在体系中对每一级监控指标权重赋值,并对4所高职院校开展现代学徒制试点进行了实证研究,验证了监控体系的指标设计的合理性。It is clear that by using Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process(AHP),the paper tries to construct seven first-class monitoring indicators,23 second-class monitoring indicators and 67 third-class monitoring indicators based on the modern apprenticeship system.Surely,within the internal monitoring system of teaching quality,the weight of each level of monitoring index is assigned in the system.Then,it is necessary to conduct an empirical study on the modern apprenticeship pilot in four vocational colleges.The results could verify the rationality of the indicator design of the monitoring system.
