摘 要:目的构建护理硕士专业学位研究生临床带教老师遴选标准。方法基于国内外文献研究和专家访谈形成函询指标,通过德尔菲法对来自15个省、市的35名护理专家进行2轮函询。结果 2轮函询结束时专家意见趋向一致,专家权威系数为分别为0.821和0.853,肯德尔和谐系数分别为0.225和0.296(P<0.01)。最终形成的护理硕士专业学位研究临床实践带教老师遴选标准包括10项带教资质标准、5项核心能力以及35项核心能力相关评估条目。结论护理硕士专业学位研究生临床带教老师遴选标准比较全面和富有代表性,可以为合理选择护理硕士专业学位研究生临床带教老师提供参考。Objective To develop a standard for selecting clinical teachers for nursing postgraduates with professional degree.Methods After literature review and expert consultation, correspondence indexes were formed and 35 nursing experts from 15 provinces and cities completed two-round inquiries by Delphi method. Results After two rounds of inquiry, the opinions of experts tended to be consistent, with the authority coefficients of experts of 0.821 and 0.853 respectively, and Kendall ’s harmony coefficients of 0.225 and 0.296 respectively(P<0.01). The final selection standard for clinical teachers for nursing postgraduates with professional degree included 10 items of teaching qualification, 5 core competencies and 35 evaluation items related to core competencies.Conclusion The selection standard of clinical teachers for nursing postgraduates with professional degree is comprehensive and representative, which provides reference for reasonable selection of clinical teachers.
