摘 要:目的探究构思-设计-实现-运行模式在内分泌科护生教学中应用的效果。方法选取护生169人分为对照组84名和实验组85名,对照组采用传统的带教模式,实验组采用构思-设计-实现-运行模式,运用构思、设计、实现、运行4个步骤设计内分泌科相关知识及技能教学方案并实施,出科前完成考核,比较两组护生的理论和技能考核成绩、自我效能及对带教满意度。结果实验组护生的内分泌科相关知识与技能考核成绩、自我效能感及对带教老师的满意度测评均高于对照组(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论采用构思-设计-实现-运行模式进行内分泌科的临床带教,有利于护生更好地掌握专科技能及相关知识,提高内分泌科带教质量,增强护生的自我效能感,提高护生对带教的满意度。Objective To explore the effects of Conceive-Design-Implement-Operate(CDIO)model in nursing students in endocrinology.Methods A total of 169 nursing students in endocrinology were divided into control group(n=84)and experimental group(n=85).The control group adopted the traditional nursing teaching mode.The experimental group received the CDIO method using conceive-design-implement-operate four steps to design related knowledge and skills of teading plan,and implement in the department of endocrinology.All students were examined before they left the department.Theoretical and skill examination,self-efficacy and teaching satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of knowledge and skills,self-efficacy and teaching satisfaction in experiment group were higher than those of control group(P<0.01 or P<0.05).Conclusion CDIO can help nursing students to master clinic knowledge and skills,improve teaching quality in department of endocrinology,improve self-efficacy and teaching satisfaction of nursing students.
