摘  要:语言素养是人才国际化的重要维度,因此,专业技术人才的继续教育应将语言素养培养纳入到国际化人才培养目标中,突出英语的工具性,通过学习使其具有国际化视野、提高自身的职业素养及国际舞台上的话语权和竞争力。继续教育是专业技术人才知识更新和提升的重要方式,国际化为导向的课程目标、国际化的课程设置和教学方式及专业的国际化教师队伍可确保国际化人才培养目标的实施,培养出满足国家需求的国际化专业技术人才队伍。Language literacy is an important dimension of internationalization of talents.Therefore,in the continuing education of professional and technical talents,language literacy training should be included in the goal of international talents training,highlighting the instrumental nature of English,and learning to make it have an international vision,improve its own professional literacy and voice as well as competitiveness on the international stage.Continuing education is an important way to update the knowledge of professional and technical talents.The internationalization oriented curriculum objectives,international curriculum and teaching methods,and professional international teachers can ensure the implementation of the training objectives of international talents and cultivate international professional and technical talents to meet the needs of the country.
