摘  要:目的探讨翻转课堂结合以案例为基础的教学(CBL)模式在骨科临床教学中的应用效果。方法将80例桂林医学院2014级临床本科(卓越班)学生根据随机数字表法分成对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组采用常规教学模式,观察组采用翻转课堂结合CBL教学模式。比较两组的考核成绩及对教学模式的满意度。结果出科时,观察组理论成绩、临床应用成绩均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组学生对教学模式的各项满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论翻转课堂结合CBL教学模式应用在骨科临床教学中,可提高学生的考核成绩及对教学模式的满意度。Objective To explore the application effect of flipped classroom combined with case-based learning(CBL)mode on clinical teaching of orthopedics.Methods Eighty clinical undergraduates(excellent class)students of Guilin medical university in 2014 were divided into control group and observation group by the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group adopted the conventional teaching mode,and the observation group adopted the flipped classroom combined with CBL teaching mode.The assessment results and satisfaction of teaching mode were compared between the two groups.Results At the time of graduation,the scores of theoretical and clinical application of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of teaching mode of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The flipped classroom combined with CBL teaching mode applied in clinical teaching of orthopedics can improve students’assessment results and satisfaction of teaching mode.
