摘　　要：实施特殊教育及康复训练,需要大量的有一定特教理论知识与方法并具有科学教育理念的教师、志愿者及专业服务人员。意图从ICF视角下探析1+X特殊教育专业证书课程的特殊儿童成长与学习及教育理念,为社会需要群体提供一点启示。The implementation of special education and rehabilitation training requires a large number of teachers,volunteers and professional service personnel with certain theoretical knowledge and methods of special education and scientific education concepts.This article intends to analyze the special children’s growth,learning and educational concepts of the 1+X special education professional certificate course from the perspective of ICF,and provide some enlightenment for the social needs groups.
