摘 要:钢弹簧浮置板轨道减振效果线上测试受线路、地质、车辆以及施工质量等外部因素影响,不同地段及不同厂家间直接对照时存在一定偏差;另外,线上测试存在一定的滞后性,测试开展时钢弹簧浮置板轨道已施工完成,即使发现效果不达标,也较难整改。针对这一现状探究在室内检测评价浮置板减振效果的方法,根据浮置板轨道的减振原理,将浮置板系统简化为单个隔振器与其在系统中承担质量组成的质量-弹簧-阻尼系统,通过测试隔振器刚度和阻尼比,计算传递损失并预估浮置板理论隔振效果。同等条件下的测量能客观反映不同隔振器和设计方案之间的差异,有助于在浮置板隔振器上线前提前了解其性能,降低不合格产品上线的风险。On-line test of vibration reduction effect of the steel spring floating slab track is affected by external factors such as routes,geology,vehicles and construction quality.So,there must be some deviations in direct comparison between different locations of tracks and different manufacturers of the slabs.In addition,on-line test still has a certain time-delay.When the test is carried out,the steel spring floating slab track has been constructed.It is difficult to rectify even if the results do not meet the standard.In view of this situation,this paper explores the method for evaluating the effect of vibration reduction by indoor testing.According to the principle of vibration reduction of floating slab track,the floating slab system is simplified to a mass-spring-damping system consisting of a single vibration isolator and the self-mass.The stiffness and damping ratio of the vibration isolator are measured,the transfer loss is calculated and the theoretical vibration isolation effect of floating plate is estimated.The measurement under the same conditions can objectively reflect the difference between different isolators and design schemes,and predict the vibration reduction effect before the floating slab is on line.This study provides a method for theoretical vibration reduction effect prediction before the floating slab track is completed.
