摘 要:食品技术原理课程应用性很强,是食品化学、食品微生物学、食品工程三个食品学科分支的紧密结合。基于OBE教育理念,以8大核心能力培养为课程教学设计的方向标,将对分课堂教学模式应用于食品技术原理的课堂教学;论文介绍了韶关学院英东食品学院在教学实施过程中采用的具体措施,指出在教学中应遵循对分课堂基本原理,根据教学班实际授课任务情况对对分课堂教学模式进行适当改革,基本形成适合食品技术原理课程教学的课堂模式新思路。Principles of food technology was one of the most applied professional courses,which was a close combination of food chemistry,food microbiology and food engineering.Based on the educational idea of OBE,the application of the concept of OBE education to the teaching process of the food technology principle course was discussed,and the course teaching was reversely designed guided by outcome,and measures applied in pad class model classroom teaching was described in detail.It was pointed out that appropriate reform against the model of pad class teaching model should be followed the basic principle of pad class and analyzed the actual teaching tasks of the teaching class.A novel thinking was produced suitable for the teaching classroom mode of principles of food technology course.
