摘 要:传统饮食文化是我国饮食的"根",中华优秀传统饮食文化中有诸多与"食育"教育理念相契合的观点。结合国外成功推行"食育"教育的经验,完善相关政策的制定颁布、家校联合构建"食育"教育氛围、重视传统饮食文化的研究和宣扬等均有助于"食育"教育在我国进一步推广。Traditional diet culture is the basic of Chinese diet.There are many viewpoints in Chinese excellent traditional diet culture which are consistent with the concept of Food Education.Combined with the experience of the successful implementation of Food Education in foreign countries,improving the formulation and promulgation of relevant policies,the joint construction of Food Education atmosphere between families and schools,and attaching importance to the research and promotion of traditional diet culture are all conducive to the further promotion of Food Education in China.
