摘　　要：功能语言学理论框架下,基于MedDEAP语料库生成了医学学术英语论文实现概念功能、人际功能和语篇功能的词表,反映了该语体在三大元功能上的语言特征和分布规律,描述了翻译医学学术英语论文所遵循的学术语言规约,即在及物性上选择体现物质、关系、心理、言语过程,通过主语的选择表达不同身份建构意识,情态动词的使用上倾向低中量值,通过原因—条件类连接词形成译文的逻辑关联。学术英语翻译在语言选择上必须符合其话语共同体的惯例,而语料库所反映出的语言使用的概率性和典型性,对学术英语翻译研究具有一定的启示意义。Within the theoretical framework of functional linguistics,a corpus-based approach has been employed to generate the wordlists concerning ideational,interpersonal and textual metafunctions of academic articles on medical science.These wordlists reflect the linguistic features and distribution laws of three metafunctions,and describes the conventions in the process of translating academic articles on medical science:the choice of material,relational,mental and verbal processes to show the transitivity system;the wide range of subject selection to express various degrees of identity-construction consciousness;the use of modal verbs with low and median value;the causal-conditional connectors to form the logic relations in the target text.It has been proven that academic English translation conform to the common practice of academic discourse community in terms of language choice.The probability and typicality of language use given by the corpus-based approach is insightful to the study of academic English translation.
