摘  要:目的探讨翻转课堂结合TBL的教学模式在组织胚胎学实验教学中的应用效果和成效。方法选取2017级和2018级4个预防专业本科班共173人为研究对象,每一级随机抽取1个班为试验组,另1个班为对照组。其中试验组共86人,对照组共87人。试验组实验课采用翻转课堂结合TBL教学模式,而对照组采用传统教学法。实验教学结束后,通过实验切片考核和问卷调查分析教学效果。结果试验组学生的实验切片考试成绩高于对照组,差异有显著性(P <0.05);试验组学生普遍认可翻转课堂结合TBL的教学模式,希望以后多开展。结论开展翻转课堂和TBL结合教学模式可以显著提高组织胚胎学的实验教学效果,全面提高学生的实验动手能力和综合能力。Objective To explore the application effect and effect of the teaching mode of flipped classroom and TBL in histoembryology experiment Methods A total of 173 undergraduate classes of preventive medicine majored in grades 2017 and 2018 were selected as subjects.One class was randomly selected as the experimental group and the other as the control group.There were 86 in the experimental group and 87 in the control group.The experimental group adopted the teaching mode of combination of flipped classroom and TBL,while the control group adopted the traditional teaching method.After the experiment teaching,the teaching effect was investigated and analyzed through the experiment examination and questionnaire.Results Scores of the experimental class were significantly higher than those of the control class,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The experimental group students generally accepted the teaching mode,hoping to carry out more in the future.Conclusion The combination of TBL and flipped classroom caneffectively improve the teaching efficiency of histoembryology experiments,and comprehensively improve the students’experimental practical ability and comprehensive ability.
