信息技术与教学深度融合的低效困境与突破路径——基于高职青年教师信息化教学能力及其运用的调查分析

摘　　要：基于对高职青年教师信息化教学能力及其运用的调查,阐述了信息技术与教学深度融合低效困境的外在表现,分析了造成低效困境的原因——标准缺乏、动力缺失、资源缺欠、激励缺位、培训缺效、执行不力,并提出切实可行的突破路径,以此推动教育信息化全面进入创新发展阶段。Based on the investigation of the informationization teaching and application ability of young vocational teachers,the external representation of inefficient integration of information technology and teaching is expounded,and the causes of inefficient dilemma are analyzed:lack of standards,lack of motivation,lack of resources,lack of incentives,ineffective training,weak implementation.A practical breakthrough path is proposed to promote the informatization of education into an innovative development stage.
