高校武术教师教学能力提升方式探究

摘　　要：研究发现,部分高校武术教师在教学方面存在着五个方面的问题,即示范能力弱、理解水平低、讲解能力弱、处理师生关系能力弱、组织能力弱等。基于此,应该着力提升这个五个方面的能力。the study found that there are five problems in the teaching of martial arts teachers in some colleges and universities,that is,weak demonstration ability,low understanding level,weak explanation ability,weak ability to deal with the relationship between teachers and students,and weak organizational ability.Based on this,the author thinks that we should improve the ability of these five aspects.
