摘　　要：2019年5月教育部办公厅发布《关于全面推进现代学徒制工作的通知》,说明高职教育现代学徒制建设已经进入到了一个新的阶段。该文阐述了高职教育中食品加工技术专业现代学徒制建设的现状,分析了我国现代学徒制工作在实践中出现的问题,并依据通知所指出的工作重点来探索解决相关问题的有效途径和方法。In May 2019,the General Office of the Ministry of Education issued the Notice on Comprehensively Promoting the Work of Modern Apprenticeship System,which shows that the construction of modern apprenticeship system in higher vocational education has entered a new stage.This paper expounds the present situation of modern apprenticeship system construction of food processing technology specialty in higher vocational education,analyzes the problems in the practice of modern apprenticeship system in our country,and explores the effective ways and methods to solve the related problems according to the key points pointed out in the notice.
