摘　　要：综述了双酚类化合物的应用、危害、迁移行为、常用检测技术在食品接触材料中双酚类化合物检测领域的应用。The application, harm, migration behavior of bisphenol compounds and the application of common detection technology of bisphenol compounds in food contact materials were reviewed.
