摘  要:采用脱脂豆粕为直接催化剂,在填充柱反应器中研究了亚油酸的好氧催化反应。对影响氢过氧化亚油酸产率的主要因素进行了优化。最佳反应条件为柱径比1∶1,将1.5 g亚油酸、1.5 g豆粕、0.75 mL乙醇溶于7.5 mL pH 9硼酸盐缓冲液,在15℃下反应2 h。在此条件下,氢过氧化亚油酸的产率达86%。为脱脂豆粕转化脂肪酸合成氢过氧化物反应体系的工业应用奠定了基础。Using defatted soybean meal as direct catalyst,the aerobic catalysis of linoleic acid was evaluated in a packed column reactor.The main factors affecting the yield of linoleic acid hydroperoxide were optimized.The optimum conditions were as follows:ratio of column length to diameter was 1∶1,1.5 g linoleic acidsoy,1.5 g soybean meal,0.75 mL ethanol in 7.5 mL borax buffer solution of pH 9,reacting for 2 h at 15℃.Under the conditios,the yield reached 86%.Which laid a foundation for the industrial application of the reaction system of transforming fatty acids into hydroperoxides by defatted soybean meal.
