摘  要:基于民俗是一种民间文化,涵盖内容广,且极具地域性,本文对东北民风民俗中形成的酱文化做了系统考察和研究。文献和田野调研结果表明,酱文化主要表现在岁时、饮食、语言、服饰、宗教等民俗要素中。结论认为,东北酱文化作为文化使者,将我国酱文化传播至东北亚地区,系我国酱文化传播线路之一。在近代农业商品经济和"移民潮"的影响下,酱文化经历了从"传统"向"现代"的转变。由"产生,传播,发展"三个要素相互联结、共同构成的东北酱文化,属独具地方特色的农业文化遗产,对其加以深入具体研究,兼具史学及现实意义。Folk custom is a kind of folk culture,which is diverse and regional.This paper makes a systematic investigation and research on the soybean paste culture formed in the folk customs of Northeast China.The results of literature and field investigation show that soybean paste culture was mainly manifested in folk elements,such as age,diet,language,dress and religion.The conclusion is that Northeast soybean pasteculture,as a cultural messenger,spreaded Chinese soybean paste culture to Northeast Asia,which was one of the spreading routes in China.Under the influence of modern agricultural commodity economy and"immigration tide",soybean paste culture had undergone a transformation from"traditional"to"modern".Northeast soybean paste culture was an agricultural cultural heritage with unique local characteristics,which consisted of three elements:production,dissemination and development.It is of historical and practical significance to study in depth and concretely.
