摘  要:建立了顶空固相微萃取(HS-SPME)和气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)联用法同时定量测定沙棘酒中乙酸乙酯、丁酸乙酯、异戊酸乙酯、己酸乙酯、异戊酸异戊酯、庚酸乙酯、乳酸乙酯、辛酸乙酯、苯甲酸乙酯、苯甲酸异戊酯、棕榈酸乙酯的检测方法。选定的顶空固相微萃取最优条件为:50/30μm DVB/CAR/PDMS固相微萃取头、萃取温度40℃、萃取时间40 min、装样量10 mL。采用TG-WAXMS石英毛细管柱,在50℃~230℃的温度范围内梯度升温。各组分在0.001~100 mg/L的范围内均线性关系良好。方法学验证结果显示,各组分的平均回收率为86.3%~109.5%。对市售不同产地沙棘酒中的11种酯类香气成分进行定量分析,准确测定了各产品酯类香气成分的含量,为市售产品的质量评价提供了可靠参考。A method of gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)combined with headspace solid phase microextraction(HS-SPME)was established for simultaneous determination of ethyl acetate,ethyl butyrate,ethyl isovalerate,ethyl hexanoate,isoamyl isovalerate,ethyl heptanoate,ethyl lactate,ethyl octanoate,ethyl benzoate,isoamyl benzoate and ethyl palmitate in seabuckthorn wine.The optimized conditions for HS-SPME were as follows:50/30μm DVB/CAR/PDMS extraction fiber,10 m L of loading volume,and 40 min of extraction at 40℃.The samples were analyzed by TG-WAXMS quartz capillary column(60 m×0.25 mm×0.25μm)and the temperature program raised from 50℃ to 230℃.Under this conditions,all the components showed a good linear relationship in the range of 0.001 to 100 mg/L.The validation of method demonstrated that the precision and repeatability met the requirements,and the average recoveries of all components ranged from 86.3% to 109.5%.The method was then used to quantitatively analyze the ester aroma components in commercial seabuckthorn wine products.
