摘 要:“适合的教育”,即适合学生学习的教育,是一种基于现代职业教育发展要求的教育,其核心理念是以学生的发展为中心。高职英语教学需要根据客观生源类别和特征,明确“人人能成才”的技术技能型人才培养目标,贯彻因材施教原则,开展有效教学。主要应对策略为:彰显教学目标的针对性、教学内容的妥切性、教学设计的智慧性、教学过程的互动性、教学方法的灵活性、教学评价的激励性,使高职英语教学有价值和有成效,提升学生的综合素养,助推学生的职业成长。“Suitable Education”,which is defined as suitable for students to learn,is the one that conforms to the requirements of modern vocational education development and has“student-centered development”as its core.Effective English teaching in Higher Vocational Colleges requires to further define the training goal of skilled personnel with the concept of“Everyone can be a talent”and carry out the principle of teaching students according to their sources,characteristics and aptitudes.This paper presents such strategies for higher vocational English teaching based on suitable education as targeted teaching objectives,appropriate teaching contents,intelligent teaching designs,interactive teaching process,flexible teaching methods,and incentive teaching assessments,in order to improve the value and result of English teaching in higher vocational colleges,and hence promote students’comprehensive qualities and professional capabilities.
