摘　　要：建立健全现代医院管理制度是深化医药卫生体制改革的重要内容,宁夏某三甲医院作为国家建立健全现代医院管理制度试点医院,通过健全符合医院发展实际的议事决策和权力运行机制,建立符合医疗行业特点的人事薪酬制度,创新医师诊疗组织模式和护理病区模式,建立新的绩效考核体系和分配机制,实施全面预算管理和全成本核算控制,优化医院收入结构等,探索建立健全了现代医院管理制度的具体实现路径。Establishing and perfecting modern hospital management system is an important part of deepening the reform of medical and health system.As a national pilot hospital to establish and improve the modern hospital management system,a class-A hospital in Ningxia has improved the decision-making and power operation mechanism in line with the actual development of the hospital,innovated the organizational model of diagnosis and the model of nursing ward,established a new performance appraisal system and distribution mechanism,implemented comprehensive budget management and full cost accounting control,and optimized hospital income structure.It is a good example of exploring the specific path of establishing a modern hospital management system.
