摘 要:城乡教师交流已成为推动义务教育均衡发展和实现教育公平的重要举措。基于文献计量分析的方法,对20年来我国城乡教师交流研究的文献整体状况和CSSCI期刊论文进行了统计描述。在内容维度上,已有研究主要聚焦在城乡教师交流的国外经验借鉴、模式创新实践、实施问题分析、制度化建设、政策分析、多学科视角审思,以及交流教师的交流意愿和专业发展等方面。今后亟待深入探讨的问题在于:重视交流教师的专业发展研究,创新城乡教师交流的实践模式研究,加强城乡教师交流的评价机制研究,深化“县管校聘”的管理体制改革研究,丰富多学科理论和研究方法的整合研究。Teachers'exchange between urban and rural Areas has become an important measure to promote the balanced development of compulsory education and realize education equity in China.Based on the method of bibliometric analysis,the overall status of the literature and CSSCI journals on the teachers'exchange between urban and rural areas in China in the past 20 years are statistically described.In terms of content dimension,Chinese scholars'researches have focused on eight aspects,such as foreign experience reference,model innovation practice,implementation problem analysis,institutional construction,policy analysis,multidisciplinary perspective thinking,exchange teachers'willingness to exchange and professional development.In the future,it is urgent to discuss the following problems:attaching importance to the professional development of exchange teachers,innovating the practical mode of teachers exchange between urban and rural areas,strengthening the evaluation mechanism of teachers'exchange between urban and rural areas,deepening the research on the management system reform of“county governance and school employment”,and enriching the integration of multi-disciplinary theories and research methods.
