摘  要:[目的]探讨基于SECI模型带教对护生临床实习效果的影响。[方法]采用类试验研究方法便利选取2017年6月—2018年8月福州市某三级甲等综合性医院肝胆外科实习的66名护生分为对照组和观察组,每组33人,对照组进行传统带教,观察组进行基于SECI模型带教,干预时间1个月。干预后运用柯式模型对护生临床实习效果进行全面评价,比较两组护生的临床实习效果。[结果]两组护生临床实习效果比较,反应层:总体满意率及其各条目得分比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);学习层:理论考试和操作考试成绩比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);行为层:临床实践行为比较,除明确病人权利与义务维度差异比较无统计学意义外(P>0.05),其余维度差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);结果层:护理专业承诺比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]基于SECI模型带教对护生临床实习效果较好,有利于实习目标的实现。Objective:To explore the influence of teaching based on SECI model on the clinical practice effect of nursing students.Methods:Using experimental research method,a total of 66 nursing students who practiced hepatobiliary surgery in a third grade A general hospital in Fuzhou from June 2017 to August 2018 were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group,33 cases in each group,the patients in control group received traditional instruction,while the patients in observation group received instruction based on SECI model,with the intervention for a month.After intervention,kirkpatrick model was used to comprehensively evaluate the clinical practice effect of nursing students and compare the clinical practice effect of the two groups.Results:Comparison of clinical practice effect between the two groups of nursing students,reaction layer:there were statistical significant differences in the scores of overall satisfaction rate and all items(P<0.05);learning layer:theoretical test and operation test scores were compared,and the differences were statistical significance(P<0.05);behavioral layer:clinical practice behavior comparison,except to the scores of clarify patients′rights and obligations,there were no statistical significance(P>0.05),other dimensions had statistical significance(P<0.05);results layer:compared with the commitments of nursing professionals,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Teaching based on SECI model had a good effect on the clinical practice of nursing students,which was conducive to the realization of the practice goal.
