摘　　要：“县管校聘”是义务教育阶段教师管理改革的创新举措。基于研究成果数量和质量、年载文量分布、研究主体和研究方法等方面的文献计量分析,有利于整体感知和把握当前“县管校聘”研究的实际状况。在内容维度上,已有研究主要聚焦于“县管校聘”的概念内涵、政策实施问题分析、教师身份管理等理论问题,以及“县管校聘”改革实践的案例经验阐释等方面的探讨。为了持续深化“县管校聘”研究,应进一步拓宽研究内容的问题域范围、注重多学科理论和多种研究方法的运用,以及发挥高校和科研机构的研究优势。“Job rotation”policy is an innovative measure of teacher management reform.The quantitative analysis based on the quantity and quality of the literature,annual document load distribution,research subjects and research methods are conducive to the overall perception and grasp of the current research status of“job rotation”policy.In terms of content dimension,these mainly focus on the discussion of the conceptual connotation,implementation problems,teacher identity management and other theoretical issues of“job rotation”policy,as well as the case experience interpretation of the reform practice of“job rotation”policy.In order to continuously deepen the research of“job rotation”policy,it is necessary to further broaden the scope of research contents,pay attention to the application of multi disciplinary theories and various research methods and make full use of the research advantages of universities and research institutions.
