摘 要:目的探究分析耳鼻咽喉科学教学实践中应用问题导向学习(Problem-Based Learning,PBL)模式的教学效果。方法按照不同的教学方法将2018年在中国医科大学附属第一医院耳鼻咽喉科参加临床实习的128名本科班学生进行随机分组,分为对照组和试验组。对照组(n=60)采用传统的教学模式,试验组(n=68)采用PBL教学法。教学任务结束后对2组学生分别进行问卷调查和成绩考核,并进行统计分析。结果试验组学生的学习效果满意度97.1%明显高于对照组80%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组对教师评优率为95.6%明显优于对照组的81.7%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组学生理论知识成绩(85.0±7.5)分、基本操作成绩(88.0±4.2)分、临床病例分析考核(90.0±5.6)分及平时成绩(89.0±4.2)分均优于对照组的各项成绩,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论耳鼻咽喉科的教学中应用PBL教学法可以改善学生的满意度和教师的评优情况并提高学生的综合能力,具有较好的教学效果。Objective To explore and analyze the teaching effect of PBL teaching method in the teaching of ENT.Methods According to different teaching methods,128 undergraduate students who attended the otolaryngology clinical practice in 2018 at the first affiliated hospital of China medical University were randomly divided into control group and experimental group.The control group(n=60)adopted the traditional teaching mode,and the experimental group(n=68)adopted the PBL teaching method.After the end of the teaching tasks,questionnaire surveys and performance assessments were conducted for the two groups of students,and statistical analysis was performed.Results In terms of learning satisfaction,97.1%of the students in the experimental group were significantly higher than 80%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The teacher evaluation rate was 95.6%in the experimental group which was significantly better than 81.7%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the experimental group,theoretical knowledge score was(85.0±7.5),basic operation score was(88.0±4.2),clinical case analysis assessment was(90.0±5.6)and usual scores was(89.0±4.2)were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of PBL teaching method in the teaching of ENT can improve the satisfaction of students,the evaluation of teachers and improve the comprehensive ability of students,which has a good teaching effect.
