摘 要:爱尔兰职业教育始终服务国家经济发展,成为爱尔兰经济高速增长和融入全球经济一体化的重要引擎。爱尔兰职业教育发展呈现“早期植入、层级分明”“纵向衔接、横向贯通”“多方参与、协同治理”等特征。在全球经济一体化的背景下,爱尔兰为应对职业教育在国际化、人才培养模式和信息化方面面临的挑战,出台了打造国际化品牌、提升人才培养质量、融入信息通讯技术三个方面的改革战略。爱尔兰职业教育改革战略对我国具有三方面启示:将国际化纳入职业教育发展战略,将产教融合贯穿人才培养过程,完善信息化融入机制。Irish vocational education is an important engine of Ireland’s rapid economic growth and integration into the global economy.Starting from the study of current situation of Irish Vocational Education,this paper analyzes and concludes its main characteristics:Firstly,the conception of vocational education implants in early stage of the whole education system and vocational education level is distinct.Secondly,vocational education system is well connected vertically and horizontally.Thirdly,the stakeholders from industries and enterprises as well as administration government participate in vocational education and they collaborate to govern the system.Under the background of the depth study on global economic integration,Ireland is facing the challenges of internationalization,talent training mode and informationization,and implementing the reform strategies in the aspects of creating international brand,improving the quality of talent training and integrating information and communication technology into vocational education.According to the development of vocational education in China,it has the following enlightenments:internationalization should be included in the development strategy of vocational education;the integration of production and education should run through the whole process of talents training;information integration mechanism should be improved.
