摘　　要：基于化工企业转型发展对精细化工技术专业人才需求的逐步增大,通过与相关企业合作,以构建理实一体模块化课程体系为基础,以共享生产性实训基地、结构化创新教育“双师”团队、信息化教学资源等匹配性资源建设同步提升为保障,开展了校企深度参与的现代学徒制培养模式的创新性研究和探索。Based on the gradual increase of the demand for fine chemical technology professionals in the transformation and development of chemical enterprises,our school cooperated with relevant enterprises,based on the construction of a modular curriculum system integrating theory and practice,and with the guarantee of the construction of matching resources such as shared productive training base,structured innovation education“double teacher”team,and informatization teaching resources,etc With the modern apprenticeship training mode of Wang Xuexiang innovative research and exploration.
