摘  要:目的:探索基础医学课程整合与病例相结合在高职高专临床医学专业中的应用效果。方法:选取三年制临床医学专业2018级四个班共220名学生,随机选取两个班为试验组,另两个班做对照组,各110名学生。试验组通过整合基础医学课程,教师以器官系统为模块讲授,引入临床病例进行基础知识巩固。对照组采用以"学科为中心"的授课法。结果:试验组学生的期末平均成绩高于对照组,试验组学生对授课效果的满意度及对教师授课综合评价的平均分高于对照组。结论:基础医学课程整合与病例相结合的授课方法优于传统授课法。Objective:To explore the application effect of basic medicine curriculum integration and case combination in clinical medicine specialty of higher vocational colleges.Methods:a total of 220 students from four classes of three-year clinical medicine specialty in grade 2018 were selected.Two classes were randomly selected as the experimental group,and the other two classes were used as the control group,with 110 students in each class.In the experimental group,the basic medical courses were integrated,the teachers taught with organ system as the module,and clinical cases were introduced to consolidate the basic knowledge.The control group was taught with"subject centered"teaching method.Results:the average score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the average score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group.Conclusion:the teaching method of integrating basic medical courses with cases is better than the traditional teaching method.
