摘 要:我国现代学徒制实践探索已进入全面推行阶段,但随着行业发展、人才需求质量不断提升,现代学徒制实施暴露出深层次的问题,其中最主要的是核心素养未能融入课程建设中。核心素养强调人才终身学习、自主发展、自我提升和适应转型能力,这是社会大融合大发展形势下人才需求的关键特征。现代学徒制模式下,以企业为主体,调研行业特征和企业需求,分析归纳核心素养特征,并据此修订人才培养目标、重构课程体系、开发校本课程,制定对应核心素养能力品格特征的课程标准,设计教学内容和教学方式,建设专业教学资源共享平台,最终实现核心素养融入课程建设全过程。Modern apprenticeship practice exploration has entered the stage of full implementation in China,but with the development of the industry and the continuous improvement of talents demand,the implementation of modern apprenticeship has exposed deep-seated problems,the most important of which is the failure of core literacy into the curriculum construction.Core literacy emphasizes lifelong learning,independent development,self-improvement and adaptability of talents,which are the key characteristics of talent demand in the situation of social integration and development.Under modern apprenticeship model,the study investigates industry characteristics and the enterprises’needs,analyzes and summarizes core literacy characteristics.Accordingly,we revise talent training goals,reconstruct curriculum systems,develop school-based courses,and formulate corresponding curriculum standards for core literacy ability character characteristics,design teaching content and teaching methods,build a professional teaching resource sharing platform,and finally realize core literacy into the whole process of curriculum construction.
